Flannery Takes Fall 2020 Season Win, Kundinger Scoots Past Greenberg for 2nd

The Fall 2020 season championship at Road Atlanta was set to be an epic battle. Ryan Flannery led the points standings by eleven points from Jonathan Greenberg, with Carter Kundinger not far behind. [More on the season final here.]

Despite taking his third penalty of the season for racing in the wrong car, Flannery scored enough points to clench his victory and win the cup.

Kundinger had a not-fun first heat, but it meant he started heat 2 at the front of the reverse grid. That, combined with some on-track oopsie-poopsies involving Greenberg in Heat 2, led to Kundinger scoring just enough points to pip Greenberg for second in the championship.

Kundinger at Road Atlanta – Fall 2020 Series Final

Michael Day, Fred Hazelton, and Chukwuma Onubogu all showed admirable points finishes for the season as, in fact, did all our drivers.

There were innumerable on-track battles between Benjamin Warren and Thor Tulloh, providing all the excitement anyone could ask for.

Patrick Wilmot was sadly absent from the championship race as were Hayden Szuch and Leon Vorters. We hope they are well and happy wherever they may be.

Thanks to all our drivers, thanks to Jzilla Trackdays for sponsoring us, and thank you for reading!
