Stewards Release Car Lineup for Round 3 at Laguna Seca, And Demand Rolling Starts
It’s another great week in the world of Formula Prox and our overlords, The Stewards, have graced us with some important communication.
Due to our field bouncing off one another like a crate of puppies given adderall, the Stewards have decreed that this week’s races will have rolling starts rather than the much-preferred standing starts. They will determine after this week which they find more interesting.
Car Lineup Announced
According to our unique and beloved BOP system, Flannery’s commanding performance in the Skippy car last week will see him go two cars down the performance ladder to the Global MX5 Cup car.
We had a tie for second place points last week between Fred Hazelton and strong-to-quite-strong newcomer Carter Kundinger. But since Hazelton has more overall points, he tips up to the second place performance, meaning he will go down one car on the performance ladder to the Pontiac Solstice, joining Patrick Wilmot in that steed for Tuesday night’s race.
Kundinger, with his 2nd-place-points-but-technically-3rd-for-BOP-reasons, will stay in the Global MX5 Cup car.
In fourth place last week was our man Greenberg, but since he was already in the Skip Barber car, he does not move for BOP reasons, nor does most of the rest of the field.
Looking forward to seeing drivers back on track!
